Transcript & Act 48 Request

Grade Report and Transcript Information

Transcripts will be available approximately SIX WEEKS after the last published course end date. This will allow time for the instructor to review all course work, and for Regional Training Center and colleges to take care of all necessary processing. We ask that you please do not request a transcript before this time.

Students may view their grades in Br. LUWIS anytime by accessing mylasalle.

Students who wish to request an official copy of their grades for a specific semester may do so electronically. Please complete the online form through mylasalle. You will receive a confirmation email and your grade report will be mailed to your current home address (according to our records).

If you are in need of grades for multiple semesters, please request your transcript via the transcript request form.

A fee of $5.00 is charged per official transcript if ordered by mail or in person. Students may order transcripts on-line for an additional service fee of $2.25 per order, charged to the user’s credit card. Transcripts will usually be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the request.

Pennsylvania Act 48 Professional Education Credits

To apply for Act 48 credits please complete the secure online form below. Alternatively, you can mail or fax the standardized form to our office. Your Act 48 credit(s) will be submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Education and you will receive a confirmation letter within 7-10 days.

Grade Report and Transcript Information

After the six week period, the College will automatically send you an official grade report that will include the course title and grade. Instructions on the use of the College’s online Transcript Request Form via PAWS system, will also be included. The online system is the most efficient method for delivery of transcripts.  Please click here for directions on how to receive transcripts.

However, in case you do not have access to the internet, the packet will include a transcript request form that you may fill out and send back via mail or fax.
