Master's Degree in New Jersey

The College of New Jersey in partnership with Regional Training Center are celebrating decades of offering a 30-credit Master of Education in Instruction for licensed K-12 classroom practitioners.

The Master of Education in Instruction is a thematic, integrated, and practical graduate program, offered in two formats: live-virtual and online.

The College of New Jersey

The College of New Jersey's strong academic traditions of quality and excellence began in 1855 as the first teacher training school in New Jersey (and the ninth in the nation).  It has been rated the No. 1 public institution in the northern region of the country by U.S. News & World Report.  TCNJ's campus is located in suburban Ewing Township, between Trenton and Princeton.  RTC courses have been fully approved by the faculty and administration of TCNJ, and may be utilized as elective credits in various graduate degree programs as well as in the Master of Education in Instruction.

The College of New Jersey is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.  The TCNJ/RTC program is approved by NCATE/CAEP and the NJ Department of Education.
